About Sarah

Sarah's Headshot 2014

Raised in South Charlotte, Sarah has been able to watch our Queen City evolve into the amazing urban landscape it is today! She has extensive knowledge about Charlotte’s most sought-after neighborhoods, having grown up in Foxcroft. She attended Charlotte Latin School, Queens University, and The Presbyterian School of Nursing. She lived in South Charlotte, Ballantyne, and Concord before finally settling down in Harrisburg, where she resides with her husband, youngest child, and their rescue mutt- Riccardo.

Sarah is the proud parent of a Cannon School graduate, now an Appalachian State University graduate, and “band mom” for her son. She loves volunteering for school events, and served as a chaperone when the award-winning Hickory Ridge High School marching band performed in the London New Year’s Day parade.  In fact, Sarah is a world traveler and looking forward to her upcoming trip to China!

As an active part of the community, Sarah served on both the Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce as well The Arts Council.  She is a member of Venture Church, and from 2012-2013 she worked as the president of the Laurel Park Homeowners Association. Involvement in these organizations has kept her grounded in the community and allows her to give back.

Dedicated and enthusiastic, Sarah has been in real estate for nearly a decade. No stranger to stressful situations, she is not afraid to FIGHT for the best interest of her clients. She is a tireless advocate for both sellers and buyers, and will often continue working a deal to completion when other REALTORS would walk away. Sarah was a ER nurse prior to becoming a REALTOR,  and the drama of the emergency room prepared her well for the drama of real estate; she can expertly navigate even the trickiest transactions.

Sarah is a leader in the field, and she is especially proud of her CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist). This is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, and less than 3% of all REALTORS hold this honor. When you work with Sarah to sell your home, you are guaranteed a unique approach along with world-class marketing. As a buyer, you are represented by a fierce negotiator who has her finger on the pulse of the ever changing market.  Sarah’s partnership with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty combines her local expertise and passion with the world’s leading lifestyle luxury brand.

  1. For anyone looking to buy or sell,
I had a great experience with Sarah when searching for the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood that would fit all of my needs. Sarah went above and beyond when helping me buy home, including having her wonderful husband, Todd, help me tour the home when I requested one last look on a short notice. They make a great team. I enjoyed my experience so much that I recommended my mom use Sarah Moore when selling her home. Sarah has truly been a friend throughout both experiences, even showing up when my mom’s house caught on fire! This shows an exemplary dedication to her job, but more importantly to her clients and friends.

  2. Robin, it was a true pleasure working with you and you and your mom are now family. I hurt so bad when her home burned. She has had a hard road and she is lucky to have you. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of such a big decision in your life. I am truly honored.

  3. We have had the wonderful experience of working with Sarah to sell our house. She is awesome!!! Sarah is an extremely hard worker and puts her all into everything she does. I have been fortunate enough to know her for some time now…since I moved to Concord. She is a wonderful person and enjoys life so much! AND…this definitely transfer into her work. She does a great job at keeping up with what is going on in and around the area and always keeps you up to date on everything. Sarah is very dedicated to helping her clients whether buying or selling! We loved working with Sarah and having her as a friend and a neighbor! I will definitely recommend her to others and already have!
