This non-profit organization was established to help grieving parents over the death of a child. It was started in 1978 and has been there to help with the strong emotions and mourning over the tragedy of child loss. The organization is having their 8th annual “Hope Floats Duck Race” at the White Water Center. This is essentially a race of rubber ducks down whitewater rapids to see who will win a grand prize of $2,500.
